Labor Day, of all days, was the day for September's whoishiring thread. Because of the holiday, there there was a big drop from August's record number of postings. Along with the drop in total postings, there were no big winners or losers this month, most technologies held close to their same ranking.
There were some big movers in the Rising chart, with Docker and Ansible continuing their assault in the respective markets.
